How we help

We offer Psychological therapy for women who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, burned out, or unsure how to make sense of what they are experiencing. Many of the women we work with are managing a lot on the outside - work, relationships, family life - while internally feeling stuck, self-critical, or disconnected from themselves. Often, they might not know exactly what the problem is, but know that things have been harder than they should be. Below are some of the different therapies we offer.
