I have been a trainer, facilitator and coach for over 10 years.

My background is supporting change in people whether it be unemployed to employed, or being at home to self employed, or supporting people to make better lives and better decisions for themselves.

I am qualified CIPD trainer and qualified Coach, specialising in Life Development and Freedom. Running workshops and 121s.

It is the most humbling experience in the world, when people remember and stop you in the street to say thank you for making a difference to their lives.
